Court cases and disputes

We represent our clients in proceedings concerning infringement of patents, industrial design and trademark rights, as well as in the field of protection against acts of unfair competition;

We conduct proceedings concerning copyrights and personal rights protection;
We prepare warning letters in above cases;
We conduct litigations for invalidation or termination of exclusive rights before the following offices: the Polish Patent Office in Warsaw, the European Union Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO) in Alicante, the European Patent Office (EPO) in Munich and the Court of Justice of the European Union (CJEU) in Luxembourg;
We conduct proceedings before administrative courts (Provincial Administrative Court [WSA], Supreme Administrative Court [NSA]);

Legal opinions

We also have extensive experience in drafting legal opinions in the field of intellectual property, including those concerning the assessment of similarity of individual exclusive rights.

We prepare analyses to assess whether a given solution falls within the scope of patent protection. In the field of trademarks, we examine the similarity between trademarks. We also draft opinions with respect to copyright.

Agreements

We also draft and negotiate all kinds of agreements in the field of broadly understood intellectual property law. In particular, we prepare agreements concerning the transfer of copyrights, industrial property rights and licence agreements.
